 Fake Me

Logline:

A young lady meets a man named Kenny from dating site only to find out his profile is catfish “fake”.

 Curious to see how far the man goes she strings him alone. The man has stolen another person’s identity. She falls in love with man he’s not. How does she keep from getting hurt?  --

On  a dating app Vanessa , finds herself engulfed in a profile that she likes so much. She sends the first message and flirts a little. 

 Later in the day the man replies back with pics of him in the military and pics of his son claiming he’s a single dad.

Vanessa begins to ask all sorts of questions like where is he stationed, how long has he been in service? Of course, she enquired why is he a single dad, and what happened. 

Before you knew it she was falling in love after few days with their exchange and conversing over the Internet. 

They exchanged numbers a begin to chat via text. They send each other more pictures.

 Three months pass and Kenny Ask her for money. Like lump sum of $5000, but she could only cashapp him a $1000. 

She didn’t think much of it. Kenny was cool with the grand she sent. A few more months pass and she sends a lump sum of $2000. Again Vanessa is clueless. 

Vanessa received a suspicious call and was a women inquiring about who she was. She shared that the man you think you’re in love with us not Kenny. As a matter of fact he’s a fake. 

KENNYS identity is stolen and the man you’ve been chatting with is a scammer. A known scammer. 

Vanessa wanted to know where the real Kenny was so she could warn him, although she’s still in love with the idea of him. The unknown caller gave her a number to reach him.

Immediately after the call Vanessa calls the real Kenny, and begins to explain the lies and scams from the man pretending to be him and how she’s in love. 

The real Kenny and Vanessa devised a plan to catch said scammer red handed. 

Okay when the scammer talks to you via text, forward me every message, get him to share his location, then share it with me.

A tall dark and handsome singer song writer hermit of Soho NY pays a fan a visit which turns out to be a blissful day. Does he cross boundaries, do they become an item? With this at risk does he loose everything or does he stand to gain the love of his life!!?? Based on a series of events. At an after party back stage a avid follower of Lexington is swept off her feet by a smooth talking Lex and is taken to bed that same night. They made love until the sun came up in his pent house in lower Soho NY. Lisa a star struck fan refused to leave Lex that morning. She gave him all the sex he wanted. He was intoxicated by Lisa. She wore a sexy lingerie that night in case she was lucky that night. And she was. Another entered that penthouse as Lex and Lisa were getting it on. Ava threw a duffle bag towards them and yelled. Lisa immediately began to dress. The woman stormed out of Lex place after throwing his key at him. Lisa apologized and kissed Lex goodbye and left her business card. Lex was so pissed. Her turned his phone off and fell deep in slumber. Bitch free, he couldn’t get Lisa off his mind. Later that evening he met Lisa at a Bistro. They could barely get seated due to all the fans raving at Lexington’s presents. They enjoyed their wine and dinner, after dessert. They strolled the park and took a carriage ride home back to Lex’s place. The night was full passion and the room full of Lisa’s pheromone. The mix of night air from the patio and her pheromone Lex was in bliss with very thrust Lisa was taken to ecstasy. Lex’s music soothe the night and filled Lisa with so much joy. Months went by and the two became an item, as Lex’s girlfriend Lisa became an star overnight. Everyone was prying into Lisa’s business, poparazzi was everywhere they went. Could taken some getting used to but Lex was worth all the trouble she’d passed through and was about to pass through. Lisa worried as to why Lex choose her instead of all the other beautiful women he encountered over the years. She felt so lucky and crosses her fingers not to mess things up with Lex she makes a promise not spoil his career or fans. Lex and Lisa traveled everywhere. Women from the outside always threatened to break the two up with some sort of blackmail but Lexington and Lisa were unstoppable. Lisa often disappointed Lex with her ways that didn't fit with their fame such as saying anything via social media. He begged he to stay away from tabloids and social media. Lex believed that social media can break your career if you’re not careful. Lisa was stalked by paparazzi looking for a break in Lex’s and Lisa relationship. Lexington was a well to do kinda guy born with a silver spoon in his mouth raised in Brooklyn NY. Lex put his career on the line and on the back burner for Lisa. They set to marry and the record label told Lisa that being single was a better fit for his image. Lisa cried and dared not too loose Lexington’s love. Lisa struggle providing a healthy home and lifestyle to Lexington and Lexington struggled to put Lisa first before the label and his music. Bittersweet they parted ways for the sake of keeping Lexingtons career on track. Lisa was broken hearted but she was able to repair the pieces broken from the relationship she had with Lex. Becoming a star from being with Lex was a plus and fail because everything she does reflects on his career. Lex and Lisa remained friends.

The Let Down | Short Story by Cecilia Okugo

At his wits end with life and women, 

he turns to the church but too many have warmed his bed.

Kiddom searches out a new congregation and 

life to keep from jumping into mischief. He finds a witty man eater 

Shelly that lets him down hard and it sends him spiraling out of control, 

full of confusion.

The man eater Shelly realizes that she crossed the wrong man by telling no. 

With a series of events They play a love hate game that lands them both near death.

Who comes out alive?

Sometimes men should pass on certain kinds of women to have a fruitful life.

Take rejection and let downs as a blessing pressing up on a man-eater will land your 

Life where you don't want it to be.

Women at Mount Everest weren't really giving Kiddom much feedback as he was used to.

Seeing how he slept with them all the women came to know about each-other. 

Rejection level was high and Kiddom wasn't feeling the love.
Shelly was at the altar when Kiddom spotted her as a new visitor of the church.
He was enamored by her looks. He waited until service was over to introduce himself.
The Let down was Shelly gave him the cold shoulder but invited him to visit baptist church Mount Zion. 

He didn’t understand why Shelly didn't’ throw herself at him. Kiddom and
Shelly both are easy on the eye and well put together.
The was no first base with Shelly she was a man eater she loved breaking hearts sad
thing is the men never see it coming. Right there in Kiddoms face he witness Shelly in action.
He wasn’t feeling the love. Shelly laughed and flirted with the pastor instead of Kiddom.
He checked himself in the mirror. He didn't  quite understand what she saw in these other men
waiting to shake her hand.

Realizing Kiddom lack of attention she reinvited him back to her church next week for Friends and Family.

After Shellys meet and greet Kiddom vowed to pay her back. This fella manage to still all of Shelly’s shine
as a visitor at her church. Mount Zion never knew what hit them.
Rumors sparked immediately about the two dating.

When Kiddom notices Shelly’s jealousy for the pastors daughter Kim he makes it hurt by asking her on date.
Kim accepts. There was no waiting with these women everyone wanted a piece of Kiddom.
Especially those husband hunting. Shelly was pissed. Shelly operates as the choir manger, overseeing the
Adult choir. 

After a date with Kim for some reason Shelly never slipped Kiddoms mind.
He was just trying to piss her off. Instead of asking Shelly out on a date for the second time
They shared a meal after the sermon was over. Mrs. Hattie had her best spread out for the 4th of July weekend.
Fried Chicken, Potato Salad, Greens Corn Bread and Baked Beans with BBQ Wings.
And Strawberry cake for dessert. 

Shelly and Kiddom talked until Kim invited herself to the table.
Their chat was cut short, Shelly felt rejected but she played her game and got what she deserved.
It wasn't enough Shelly decided to get even.
The Next Sunday was Women’s Day and she decided to invite a few admires from Kiddoms church.
Rumors started to spread...

Rick is convinced when Ellen and Fiona say that Cecil is jealous of their lives.
Ellen and Fiona cook up drama with Rick to ruin Cecil’s life.

With an unrealistic view on life Ellen’s impatiens sets the world on fire.
Ellen runs for her life when she finds out she bit off more than she can chew.

 Can Ellen prove Cecil’s jealousy or will a lie become the truth?
At the head of most drama Fiona knows that intolerance in not
what she wants from the majority so she persuades them to ruin Ellen’s
and Cecil’s life vying for Rick’s attention. 

Their safety net is with one man, Rick and he believes Ellen and Fiona love him.
He is the only glue that keeps them relevant without failure.
Will he finally see that he’s being used.
Rick exhausted all resources just to keep Ellen and Fiona in a good light. 
Who can convince him his life is over if he does not drop these drama queens.

I Can’t See Myself

Cecil doesn’t know what hit her when Rick proposes marriage.
She is convinced she is the only one.
Cecil drops all potential candidates who have showed love interest in the past.
Fiona and Ellen are Rick’s past that seem to always be the center of Rick’s Attention,
just a bad habit he can’t let go of.Rick appears to be in love until he invites drama from the women
in his life.
Fiona and Ellen are well to do women who believe Cecil is not his standard and they
cook up drama to make Cecil leave Rick. In denial Cecil thinks nothing of the drama
Cecil believes she has to accept it in order to be with Rick.
With many on the side of Ellen and Fiona their opinions begin to weigh in heavy in Cecil’s life.
Cecil begins to second guess herself.
Fiona and Ellen play with Rick’s and Cecil information fed through by an immediate source
so much so they find out who Cecil really is. The catch is that Fiona and Ellen fall in love with
Rick when they find out that Cecil and Rick will be a billion dollars richer if they marry.
They plan to leave their homes for Rick and kill Cecil before Cecil find out their plans.
Cecil is not concerned with who Ellen and Fiona really are and that’s her problem.
Fiona become too desperate to Kill Cecil, Ellen has a change of heart.
Once Cecil finds out people are after her life and she sees shes being played
she runs away from all of them involved. Unable to convince Cecil of his love a concerned
Rick uses Ellen and Fiona to see find out their true intentions.
Rick is later convinced by Fiona to return to Cecil with bribes to steal Cecil’s money.
Rick is worth more with Cecil but he’s in love with Fiona.
Fiona and Rick kill Cecil out of spite and ill will toward her livelihood, taking her money wasn’t enough.

Sanaa Adventures | Anime Short Story by Cecilia Okugo

SANAA'S ADVENTURES

In a Mystical land of hidden treasure a little girl named Sanaa help her friends learn magic and gave the portals to different lands. Once invaded they had no escape plan. Sanaa oversees guided her out of danger and saved her and her friends. Are they free from trouble in their great escape?

Sanaa's magic comes to her before she goes to sleep. She see mystical worlds from her windows. Her friends creep in to tell their issues and she gives them magic that will help them from invasion.

On a typical night for Sanaa she creeps out her window and escapes to one of her hidden lands in the galaxies. She calls her friends to her through a glass bowl. they eventually make thir way to her and they play and discover more magic.

At school Sanaa looses her nerve and forgets her purse that has her magic tools in it.

Shes rushes back to school to discover the school bully with it. Later that night Sanaa and her friends are invaded by the school bully's begging to know what was in the bag. Sanaa locks them out with her powers and calls her friends for help.

Sanaa parents woke and couldn't find her . Her mother Bethanny saw the bag Sanaa left and knew just were to find her. She call her through the glass bowl and Sanaa was okay. Bethanny cried because she knew magic was wonderful but mysteriously trouble if you're not careful.

Sanaa grew up in her mystical lands with her friends people were unaware of weather they were cared for properly, Bethanny reassured her friends family and neighbors that Sanaa was okay. Bethanny need Sanaa to unlock her magical powers and find her through magic.

As Sanna discovers her mothers magic she uncovers her own. The glass bowl from the nap sack that she recovered from school has mystical powers to see anyone. But in her hand lies powerful secrets. Shes can draw magic from anywhere, her powers to discover new magic is amazing. Her friends were astounded at all she discovered with her magic. (Sanaa plays with her magic in front her friends and shares it with them.

Sanaa in her mystical land blesses everything with her magic. Shes gave Tommy magic for the water. She gives Alana magic for the grounds. And shes blesses Khan with the light. A whirlwind came from the sky and a lady of the land thanked Sanaa and her friends for all they had blessed in the land.

The lady of the land name was Vianesse she was so beautiful to Sanaa and her friends. Shes gave them jewels to wear for protection from invasion of the humans without magic.

With no worry of her mom she began to have so many thoughts of about the new land she was in. She showed her magic to Vianesse and she blessed it. Vianesse placed it through out the land.

Finally settled in the small villa Sanaa, Alana , Tommy and Tim began to eat and laugh at each others jokes. While away from home Alana's mom began to worry about Sanaa.

She used some of he old crystal ball magic to locate her daughter. She began to cry as she saw he daughter laughing and playing without supervision. She worried that the enchanted jewelry that she gave Sanaa would be lost. Loosing all contact with her daughter was her worst worry. She knew Sanaa curiosity would lead her to find her magic and new magic.

Vianesse appear to thee children late in the night and begged them to hide in the attic. They were so scared, they didn't understand why. As they rushed up the stairs towards the attic, Vianesse said they were being invaded by pirates of the War lands.

Alana and all the kids began to worry. There was a knock at the door and Alana and Tommy creep down the stair way to see who it was. Someone continued to knock. They all retired to the attic in fear of letting pirates in.

Vianesse warned the children that there will be invasion of space and to be leery of strangers when walking the trails. In fear of what not to expect they stayed in the attic for two more days. Some mystical things started happening while in the attic, Sanaa started to discover magic from old objects is the room.

Once the cost was clear Vianesse didn't need to over see the kids anymore. Green white and blue flares came from Sanaa's magic bowl. Sanaa begin to see wonders for her magic. She tucked it away and went down stairs with the others.

Many letters begin to flood the mailbox for Sanaa because she was missing from her classes and the end of the school year was coming about. Bethanny channeled in through magic to see how Sanaa was doing but no answer for Sanaa. Bethanny wanted to read Sanna's friends letters to her.

Paranormal Daydreams

So the story goes that darkness needed her life for the future. The only way to get her attention was love interest. To keep her attentive her love interest used women to keep her at bay. 

The activity in her home starts with hearing voices of singing. Tied into so many dreams and day dreams she has a brain bust where her actual encounters with him overwhelm her with his presence. 

Unable to find the right spirit that is deeply in love with her she goes stir crazy. The women that win his heart are over zealous, jealous of the attention he gives her. She was aware of what she had was special but wickedness takes over and all becomes deadly. 

Still unable to capture the correct spirit at the right time her body becomes more ill than before. With her dreams in the world their exploration of other worlds keeps her alive. The evil in some of the spirits haunt her and are determined to break these two apart. 

They began with lies and tall tails that soon confuse both parties into hating each other. They pretend to die and hide behind eyes that would protect their interests. The spirit world being as real as any invaded her home.The spirit of the woman is more in love with his spirit than the actual woman because she couldn't find the correct spirit. 

Do the day dreams and paranomia activity stop or does her curiosity to connect with the said spirit make things worse. Her attachment to his promises suck her in and love they make is so realistic that its like she's married. 

She cuts off all outside communication because she was often entertained by his spirit and others. Voices of fans , fame and family kept her company. 

As she began to die years later she never gets a life of her own to match the one the spirit gave her. So surreal. Who knew of what she actually encountered or saw.
